ZeroToFlex is an online marketplace dedicated exclusively to the sale and promotion of modified internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, performance parts, and aftermarket car accessories. Our platform is built for enthusiasts, tuners, and traders within the EU automotive modification community.

We only allow listings for:

• Modified petrol or diesel vehicles
   
• Classic vehicles with aftermarket upgrades
   
• Project cars suitable for tuning or track use
   

⚠️ Electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid vehicles, and alternative-fuel vehicles are not permitted on this platform.

This policy reflects our focus on ICE vehicle culture and the aftermarket tuning scene.

Sellers must:

• Be located within the EU
   
• Provide accurate, truthful descriptions of vehicles and modifications
   
• Disclose any known mechanical or legal issues
   
• Upload clear photos showing modifications and VIN (where legally required)
   

All modifications must comply with local and EU regulations (e.g., TÜV, MOT, emissions, and noise regulations where applicable). Illegal or unsafe modifications (e.g., tampered VINs, removed airbags, emission defeat devices) are strictly prohibited.

Buyers are encouraged to perform independent inspections before purchasing. ZeroToFlex is not liable for misrepresentation by sellers, but we will mediate disputes and remove fraudulent listings.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Electric or hybrid vehicles
   
• Unroadworthy vehicles not declared as “track-only” or “non-running”
   
• Stolen vehicles or cloned VINs
   
• Listings with offensive or discriminatory content
   

ZeroToFlex charges a listing fee and/or commission depending on the package selected. Details are available at checkout.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Seller and buyer data is handled securely and only used for marketplace purposes.
